We can experience conflict in relationships, and we can experience conflict internally. I truly believe that all of us have a unique purpose in which we are meant to influence the world. This purpose emerges and evolves as we experience internal and external conflict in our lives. If we are disconnected from our core needs and values we can make decisions that collide with our hidden values that result in conflict. When we stop and take inventory of who we are being and where we want to go, we can begin to create a road map for future goals. Below is a link to a very useful resource that can give you a perspective on your current way of being. The wheel can indicate where you are experiencing fulfillment and it can show you areas that are experiencing conflict. Take a few minutes for "you" and check in with yourself. If you are fulfilled in parts of the wheel, take a moment to celebrate and be grateful for the reasons why. If you do not feel fulfilled in certain areas, ask yourself what you really want. Ask yourself, how you will get there
