It is with great excitement that I launch my new website as well as my new brand. Owning Your Voice is a direct result of the transformation that I have personally experienced over the last ten years. Looking back, it is no surprise that I had to live, that which I want to share with others. Welcome to my new website.

Two Rainbows
I love these magical moments in life. This morning I was outside and I look up to notice the rainbow on the right. I then noticed there was another one forming on the left. So close to the pot of gold.....

Video ~ Marianne Williamson ~ Our Deepest Fear
I wrote this morning on my blog about my experience of quitting Starbucks and beginning to build my coaching practice. Our Deepest Fear is one of my favourite quotes. In the video below Marianne narrates the quote. One of my mentor's years ago asked me, "do you have a fear of success". At the time I thought it was an odd question, looking back it was probably the beginning of asking myself some pretty tough questions about what I really wanted in life.
